Meta is a coding language that has been included in HTML headers.
The Purpose of Meta was for searches to pick up on the relevant tags and descriptions in each page.
The metaverse that we talk about vs what we have are non-interoperatable. They grow in linear directions.
The MetaVerse that we know and may even argue is not even a metaverse:
Fortnite
RoadBlocks
SecondLife
The MetaVerse we argue that is:
SandBox
Decentraland
WeVerse
I will arguably state that all the above are indeed a form of a metaverse. The one we talk about, is not talked about.
HUH?
Here’s Why:
The Purpose of Meta is not to impact the point of view in appearances. The information you create while interacting with “METAVERSE” servers are “SUBJECT” to its own applications operability within web2 technology.
A Metaverse is a computer technological made universe. The name of Meta is to insinuate the ability to be read by all through content and or schema.
We are only expanding the internet through limited resourced lenses.
Now time to get into MetaVerse theory:
Thanks to the physicist Felix Bloch we have the Bloch Sphere (Not to be confused for Block as in Blockchain). It is a geometrical representation of the space of a two-level system known as a “Qubit.”
What Does this mean to me in the metaverse?
You might not understand computer technology, but you’ve definitely heard of data being represented in bits.
The classical computer bit can be the same but the rendering it takes to be computed may vary based off each chain/device algorithm. Its the rendering process that may take up memory and cause lag. Background processing that causes scaling issues.
The theoreticals of a true metaverse requires qubits.
Qubits have diversity in physical implementations. The purpose is to control the different qubit technologies with replacing technology dependent components (i.e. software, hardware).
